Our primary headquarters and largest portfolio are located in Indonesia (with a strong focus on Bali, Jakarta, and emerging “New Bali” destinations). However, we also have a growing presence across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, leveraging our deep understanding of the ASEAN hospitality landscape.

We focus on a combination of revenue management technology and operational efficiency. By auditing supply chains, optimizing labor costs, and implementing data-driven dynamic pricing, we typically aim to enhance the Gross Operating Profit (GOP) while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.

We do both. We can help independent owners develop a bespoke “white label” brand from scratch, or we can assist in repositioning a property to align with international franchise standards. Our goal is to match the property with the brand identity that yields the highest market value.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. We conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify gaps in the local scene—whether that’s a shift toward eco-luxury, wellness-centric stays, or digital nomad hubs. We then curate the design, service culture, and digital presence to speak directly to those high-value segments.
